Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or fraud will result in permanent ban from the MineBloom network and potentially other Tebex stores.

It could take between 1-10 minutes for your purchase to be given in-game. If you have not received your package after this time period, please open a support ticket on our Discord with the transaction ID and we will resolve your issue.
